Cookie Dough You Can Eat






I don’t know about you, but I’m still just a little bitter about the fact that I could never eat the raw cookie dough as a kid. You know, because of salmonella and what not...


Now that I’m an adult, I can make that risk evaluation myself and decide if it’s worth it or not 😆 But good news!! I have a recipe to fulfill that childhood desire (ok and adult desire) to eat that cookie dough. 🍪 And not only do you not have to worry about raw eggs, it packs a powerful nutrition punch if you have Shakeology on hand!








Ingredients ½ cup all-natural almond butter ¼ cup honey ½ cup almonds, finely chopped 2¼ scoops Vanilla Shakeology (or protein powder) 2 Tbsp. mini semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips Instructions Combine almond butter, honey, almonds, Shakeology, and chocolate chips in a medium bowl; mix well. Roll into 13 balls, about 1-inch in diameter each. Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days.

Takes only 15 minutes! Keep them on hand to satisfy that sweet tooth!
